RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Pursuant to articles 52 et seq. of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), customers who qualify as consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of product delivery, without the obligation to provide any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, customers must send a communication to the email address branddoublee@gmail.com within the specified period.

The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:

• the product must be returned intact, in its original packaging, and complete with all its parts, including any accessories, documentation, and security tags;
• the product must not show signs of use other than those strictly necessary to verify its nature, characteristics, and functioning;
• the customer will be responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from improper use;
• shipping costs related to the return of the product will be borne by the customer;
• the shipment of the return will remain under the sole responsibility of the customer until delivery to the THEDOUBLEE warehouse;
• THEDOUBLEE will not be responsible for any damage, loss, or theft related to uninsured shipments.

If the product is damaged during transport, THEDOUBLEE will notify the customer within five working days of receiving the package, allowing them to submit any complaints to the assigned courier.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed between the parties. THEDOUBLEE will process the refund within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal request, reserving the right to suspend the refund until the product is received or proof of shipment is provided.

The right of withdrawal will be forfeited if THEDOUBLEE ascertains:

• the absence of the original packaging;
• the absence of essential elements of the product;
• the removal or damage of security tags;
• the presence of damage resulting from improper use of the product.

In such circumstances, the product will be returned to the customer, and the related shipping costs will be borne by them.

In case of failed delivery due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect within the terms established by the courier, THEDOUBLEE reserves the right to retain the expenses incurred for shipping and any return of the package.
