1. This section contains information regarding how Shoebuya manages the processing of user data for THEDOUBLEE.

This privacy policy is also valid for the purposes of Article 13 of EU Regulation No. 2016/679, concerning the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, for those who interact with Shoebuya and can be accessed at the address corresponding to the homepage:

3. This policy applies only to THEDOUBLEE and not to other websites that may be consulted by the user via links contained therein.

3 - Data Processing Location

1. The data processing generated by the use of THEDOUBLEE takes place at TD OFFICE - 10225 Ulmerton Rd, 3D, Largo Florida 33771.

2. If necessary, data related to the newsletter service may be processed by the data processor or persons appointed by them for this purpose at their respective headquarters.

III - COOKIES

1 - Type of Cookies

1. The THEDOUBLEE website uses cookies to make the user's browsing experience easier and more intuitive: cookies are small text strings used to store some information that may concern the user, their preferences, or the internet access device (computer, tablet, or mobile phone) and are mainly used to adapt the site's operation to user expectations, offering a more personalized browsing experience and remembering previously made choices.

IV - DATA PROCESSED

1 - Data Processing Methods

1. Like all websites, this site also uses log files in which information collected automatically during user visits is stored. The information collected may be the following:

- internet protocol (IP) address;
- browser type and parameters of the device used to connect to the site; - name of the internet service provider (ISP);
- date and time of visit;
- visitor's referral page and exit page;

If the site allows the insertion of comments, or in the case of specific services requested by the user, including the possibility of submitting a Curriculum Vitae for a possible employment relationship, the site automatically detects and records some identifying user data, including the email address. V. USER RIGHTS

1. Art. 13, paragraph 2 of EU Regulation 2016/679 lists user rights. 2. The Shoebuya website therefore intends to inform the user about the existence of:

– the data subject's right to request from the controller access to personal data (Art. 15 EU Regulation), their update (Art. 7, paragraph 3, letter a) Legislative Decree 196/2003), rectification (Art. 16 EU Regulation), integration (Art. 7, paragraph 3, letter a) Legislative Decree 196/2003) or restriction of processing concerning them (Art. 18 EU Regulation) or to object, for legitimate reasons, to their processing (Art. 21 EU Regulation), in addition to the right to data portability (Art. 20 EU Regulation);

- the right to request erasure (Art. 17 EU Regulation), anonymization or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those whose retention is not necessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed (Art. 7, paragraph 3, letter b) Legislative Decree 196/2003);

– the right to obtain certification that the operations of updating, rectification, integration of data, erasure, blocking of data, transformation have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which such fulfillment proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate use of means with respect to the protected right (Art. 7, paragraph 3, letter c) Legislative Decree 196/2003);

5. Likewise, in the event of a violation of the regulations, the user has the right to lodge a complaint with the Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali, as the authority responsible for supervising processing in the Italian State.

VI - DATA TRANSFER TO NON-EU COUNTRIES

1. This website may share some of the data collected with services located outside the European Union. Specifically with Google, Facebook, and Microsoft (LinkedIn) through social plugins and the Google Analytics service. The transfer is authorized and strictly regulated by Article 45, paragraph 1 of EU Regulation 2016/679, so no further consent is required. The aforementioned companies guarantee their adherence to the Privacy Shield.

2. Data will never be transferred to third countries that do not comply with the conditions set forth in Article 45 et seq. of the EU Regulation.

VII. SECURITY OF PROVIDED DATA

1. This site processes user data lawfully and correctly, adopting appropriate security measures aimed at preventing unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or destruction of data.
